That's not true.
There are weekly commit calls.
But depending on the specific software, there's an understanding of the general average of the deal cycle and how many more new leads we're generated and followed up on.
Wrong wrong wrong.
But how are we going to micro manage our sales if we give up the weekly commit? 😭
