It used to be managers were over NAM. That stopped in 2015 as they said focus needed to be placed on L48. In reality it gave an opportunity to save an entire level of management as you duplicated positions at that point.

Very Very top heavy they forgot to chop at the top. VPs, Directors, Presidents, cruel to give them that much $$$ when company is close to bankruptcy.

No merging Canada/USA/Mexico was the biggest mistake since day one. All the inneficient was always right there

merging US-CAN and cut off all the duplicate (under performing) management functions is brilliant.

They did it already for Latin America, Europe/Africa and Middle East/Asia wondering how come nnot creating a North America Region made of US-CAN.

All common employees are slowly getting stripped off with benefits and head counts still going down. Is the transformation only applicable for small fish employees? Management should also cut their salaries and benefits to lead as example. Weatherford will shine again in very near future, but with current upper managements? The sun won't shine until this guys are out. Hats off to the CEO for keeping the faith and accepting the challenge to lift up and to survive. Hope all the extra hard work of each employees will be paid off soon. To those careers which got stuck, for the affected families, to the additional workload, to the pain we persevere. The stronger we believe the sooner the market will see our efforts.

Blind cannot just see, but the mentally blind cannot think or see. Very clear to do that but they would add piles several layers of management like the layers on a nice rainbow cake.

Why merge failing management. Simply remove the non performing part.
