It’s really a shame. After decades with Xerox, I’ve had dozens of managers. The key message is that the Xerox culture, kept the tirds and the good decent hard working managers moved on.

I agree it's an inaccurate generalization as I was an awesome employee ( ranked #1 in quantity AND quality every day, week, month, year) for 30+ years. I also had an awesome manager.
As far as 'tird' , don't be so quick to judge! I've had several unpleasant words in other posts on this site, auto-altered or letters removed such as c-ap. The poster may have done that to avoid what he/she thought would happen.
We're all part of the Titanic, y'all ! Let's avoid nastiness amongst the ranks. ❤️
Bad generalization. There are still some really talented and dedicated people around.
Tirds Unite!!
"tird"? Ah, urbandictionary.com to the rescue:
- a misspelling, usually by some jackass, of the word "turd"
Sounds like Xerox kept some of the jackasses on for "several decades" as well. Maybe that also has something do do with current state of the company.
You spelled turds wrong...
