Why would we trust this company. Mondelez lies about timelines constantly. Why would Kroger and Wal Mart go CAO ? Why are sales reps. Working more loads and not selling anything. Getting rid of DSD cannot happen overnight. It takes years for this to happen . The end is near . The moral is terrible. Everyone is just waiting for the ball to drop. The cheerleader need to look for a new job sooner than later. No one that has any brains is loyal to Mondelez. But I have to say 99% of companies are like mondelez, it is all about GREED.

No doubt! You may want to start asking questions. You are being spoon fed information to try to convince you dsd is not ending and just like a baby, you are believing it. Kroger has flash sales every weekend! At least 2 vendors at a time and there are 52 weeks in a year. Do the math, if we are planned for 9, whose the other 95? Not all dsd huh? One team, one big fat deception. Sorry you are buying right into it! Could it be that retailers are using up their flex spending since dsd is ending? 🤔 Bring your Pom poms to your rally meeting, you already look like a fool, may as well go all out!
What does flash sales have to do with it? Have you seen any flash sales with warehouse items? Of course you have! Plenty of them including Keebler and they do just fine! Will start to see more shippers and PRD’s. You do realize DSD is limited to one or two aisles of the entire stores. Taking back one vendor at a time, Mondelez is next!

Drivers are required to get a signature for proof of delivery, every stop. Unless your driver has keys to the stores, someone has tet them in! You are really reaching now! Wake up and smell the coffee! An exit from dsd has been in that works from Kroger and other retailers for years! Need to improve margins! Beer and pop will likely never go into retailers warehouses, alcohol has laws that would forbid. We’ve already been assigned bin numbers and warehouses are ready for Mondelez product. There are companies that are far larger than Mondelez that are warehouse. What, Oreo and triscuit won’t fit in a warehouse and when product comes nightly on a retailers truck, it’s too much for them to work. Get a grip!! This exit has been in the works for years, your just too stupid to recognize! It will be business as usual until the call comes, thats how it’s done!!
What dope are you smoking? All customers do not pay every invoice. Many will never pay without proof of delivery.
Invoices produced and, perhaps product never received? Numbers look fantastic! Until the accounting catches up in future and writes off the unpaid invoices.....

Haha, it is English but maybe you don’t have enough business knowledge to understand? Companies 3x the size of us are warehouse, were not too big! Quit hiding behind that, feel sorry for any dependents you may have. Timing may be off for some of those that have tried to predict a date, but fact that dsd is ending is spot on......you’ll see!

Keep dreaming. Every red flag points to dsd exit and many of us are a little closer to the center of it. As more and more customers move to CAO only an id--t would not see it. When the company shared better fill rates and attributed it to CAO.... it’s not! When I have a 33 case CAO order and trash it and replace with 130 case order, that should tell them something. Wise up fools! Reality will soon smack you in the face.

If an announcement was made that in 11 months dsd was ending, how many people would quit caring and focus on looking for alternate employment? Sure, for those of us that are close to retirement it would make perfect sense to ride it out. For others, the small severance offered would never make it worth the stay.
All this focus on “one team, one Dream” is nothing more than a smoke screen. So obvious where things are headed!

My DM sent out a chart the other day about sales broken down by customers.
Walmart is number 1 at 32%
Kroger is number 2 at 22%
Both going CAO!
It’s so painfully obvious! People that doubt only choose not to live in reality! Even my independents have shared with me new tags all being printed, same tags they got prior to Keebler’s exit. Duh! All this rally cra$ is only to try to maintain some people to help finish things out!
Hope those doubters don’t have families to support! That will be a big load of guilt to carry, being so gullible and naive. Management is lying to you for a reason, others are showing the other side to inform, what you choose to believe is up to you! Just be fair to yourself and look at the facts....and the fact is Mondelez has a long history of lying to employees for their own gain....to exit dsd with some employees. Retailers won’t be happy if dsd ends and stores are a mess!
Good luck, I’ve got a family I’m responsible for, I’m going to be proactive in taking care of those I love! In the end, when dsd ends, saying they lied to us....won’t pay the bills!

Actually it seems like Sales Reps. Are not even sales reps. Anymore. All we do is stock shelves , recheck Wal marts orders, check all of the NOS orders and after Ideploy tells us which merchandisers to use at every store , give these merchandisers instructions. We have no authority . We will be gone soon.. What do they need us for, a namesake. At this point Mondelēz is a joke.

Oh I do my job, but that’s all. Bare minimum. Objectives mean nothing to me anymore. Of its realistic, I’ll get it, if not, I won’t. Giving up has made this job much more palatable. Good luck with the flash sale on crackers at Kroger....the three days following thanksgiving! Haha! Three slowest days for grocery stores. People will be digging out for a year!

Same here. I'm just hanging in there for the severance. My merchandisers don't care anymore. My DM and RMS are either clueless or don't care anymore either!! They know DSD is ending soon! They're just spewing the "we're committed to DSD nonsense"! Game over!!!

Damaged product all over the shelves, “if they don’t care, why should I”. In my 19 years I’ve never seen things this bad. Seems all people are doing now is hanging on a little longer for any severance, that’s the case with me and has been for some time. My heart left this career a long time ago, now it’s just a JOB. You can see it in everyone on my team. Sad.

It’s really funny that Mondelez wants to talk about others performing poorly, like Kellogg’s. Go back to what your mother told you as a kid, people say nasty things to make themselves feel better about themselves. This is no different. Yes, Kellogg’s is down, but Keebler is up! Cereal division is not doing well, cookies and crackers are! Dig a little deeper at what they share about Mondelez!
The gentleman who said DSD isn’t ending below is a fake.. that was not me. I’m DC. As I mentioned before.. DSD could very well be going away sometime soon... but as of right now only DDS and area training manager positions are ceasing.
