The 11th floor is mostly Network Planning, Premium OPs and Operating and C.I. I don't think they hit 40% they haven't even hit NPO or Prem. OPs.

IT is not going for 30% at once. They don’t trust Lance to stop at 30, so why give him 30 now, he will keep taking and taking and taking.
That’s true about engineering. They decided to take the hit all at once.
Engineering supposedly did 30% on thier first round a few weeks ago. Rumor has it IT will on the 13th.
