Some just transferred from BGL to SJC. Not sure if BGL is worse than SJC? Maybe the strategy is to LR the higher paid in SJC then lure those from BGL with a higher job grade and lower pay?
Who would go to work at Cisco in SJC when there are so many other interesting places to work?
They need to hand out titles and the salaries that go with them to be able to hire anyone.
