Verizon announced it is opening a first responder %G Technology lab in cooperation with Responder Corp. This Lab has been set up with the goal to provide better public safety solutions once 5G is fully deployed. Think that this is a necessary move, given that Verizon will face a fierce competition in the 5G market and innovation is the only way to secure the role of the market leader.

Much ado about nothing.....AT&T has already been selected as the primary vendor for the nationwide First Responder Network.
