Seams like common sense if your equipment goes out late and your short handed on employees maybe think of boosting your base pay? What’s y’alls opinions on that? We’re short handed and management wants more and more in less and less time. Forcing the workers to work ridiculous hours. I get it it’s the oil business. That being said. It’s the oil business. Are you a manager? Then you don't have any.
You're toxic cause you spread negativity.
If you're not a manager, have you brought up these complaints. Either try to fix them and be part of the solution or if you just point and critize then you are the problem.

(Hint) look at the people being put in charge? Then ask how much they really know about the equipment and what it take to get it completed?
