Does anyone know what happened to the PTCs in test markets where they eliminated their positions?

Girl, you’re just wasting your breath. You and I both know those are the comments of associates that sit there and wonder why they don’t get chosen for anything or too worried about what everyone else is doing. Every club has a handful of “those” associates and I’m sure more than not they are the majority of posters on here. They are the bad moral in the club. They are the ones that find something wrong with everything. The ones that cry about respect for individual but can’t show respect. The ones that you cringe when they walk in the door. The ones that need to just move on and know when really your not welcome. The ones that cry when you do something for the club but it’s not enough. We all know one, they live here, they post here, they strive to make other miserable.
You guys will see when you don't have a PTC. We will see just how well the managers and leads take care of you. You think we don't do anything just come spend a day with us. We are YOUR babysitter 😁 You have no idea what we do behind the scenes. Don't think your manager is the one taking care of you. Time will tell and you will miss us when we are gone. We can get a much better job. We have a lot of skills and business knowledge. My club manager wants me to take a team lead position and even told me that he will get me in the MIT program. So just keep thinking we should be cart guys or toilet scrubbers. Keep your eyes on us, we will be successful,

Reading through the comments and see little respect for others yet when it comes time for your position to be evaluated then your undies will be in a knot. Every position need to be re-evaluated for effectiveness. Maybe not yours today but it may be soon. Every position has wasted or down time in it.
It wasn’t an entire market that went on the test only select clubs within markets. Most were already missing a Ptc when they were chosen to participate, so no one would have been displaced.

Why even bother to test it? Just do it across the company and quit wastin PTC time!!
Ptc doesn’t do anything anyway. It’s always just an overweight female who is just looking to sit on their a-- and do nothing. That’s why they are getting rid of it. Waste
I wonder would they keep the market Assistant then if they go away with PTC or are they restructuring that position like receiving

They aren't really testing it. They are just seeing how it goes right now. It will go company wide very soon. I would say come February, but shoot it could be tomorrow...
The PTC were given the same option as the rest. 60 days to find another job in the company or take severance. So right now they are either training the ones who are taking over or working in another department.
What were they testing for if they were going to eliminate them anyway?

Ours is training management and leads on what to do. December 7th last day
They are doing other jobs in the club while the test is going on.
