We barely have enough associates left in the building, now they are requiring associates to cross train in other area. 4 cashiers as the lines get long, members don’t jnderwhy we won’t open another register, but will empty the members carts. Example, we have some senior ladies working in the gas station, now they want them to learn TMA changing lug nuts on cars.

So you want to profile people based upon their age?
I cannot understand why any company wouldn’t have their associates able to assist in multiple areas. Just seems like bad business not to have done this from the start.

Exactly....They have people with over 20 years that now have to learn how to operate a forklift. And they are replacing people that ate highly productive lift divers. An accident waiting to happen. Sams is doomed.
