Key personnel accepting the package, unrealistic expectations for the FAST desk already shared with the group, and diversity quotas that severely restrict picking the best qualified for positions. All of this coupled with front line management focused on just one thing, their personal survival. The only question I really have is whether Verizon's crash will be sudden or slow and painful. You can't fix stupid!

Wireless is saturated. FiOS is a dud and is available in select areas, and now your house my get it and mine may not. It happened 2 miles from me. There are hundreds of 5g antennas in FiOS areas that went to waste. Not even FCC certified transmitters. What killed Verizon ARROGANCE at the highest levels. Wait until they go to court to get out of pension obligations. You think you're screwed now. Just wait, I didn't

I'm staying too. Opening looking outside. At this point, forget the politics. Be yourself. What harm will that cost you? None! Dont stay late to work on c-appy decks...go home and actually have dinner with your family. Basking Ridge is a disaster, a war zone...kudos to those who have moved on. Good luck to those if you who hit the button but have yo stick around until March or June...these people will find a way to make your life miserable before your leave...it's the Verizon way. Raise your hand if you were pulled into firedrill calls/emails precisely the entire week you decided to take off with your family on vacation. True vacation /time off has been for the elect few-the favored.
What are the expectations of the FAST group. Other than taking faces down for antenna crews and opening TT for FEs for SOME issues, I don't see much impact. Maybe that will be it.
I am Staying. But 1st time ever I feel senior managements bad decisions might start to affect the bottom line. These guys want to count the money before doing anywork. The monopoly mentality is still here and they have not developed the proper management strategy. No one is accountable. Predetermined outcomes before testing. I am hoping to ride whatever’s next.
