Has anyone had an increment this year? After making a fuss, I'd been given a nod I'd get one when the next review happens. Not sure if that's been reneged or if the approvals are just a little slow this year (previously it's been close to the start of November for me, but I'm not sure if that's always the case)

last I heard was that it can happen any time soon.

I believe focals timing (if they're even still called that) vary by geography and business unit. I know of some people who received RSU awards a few months ago, but I haven't heard a peep about pay increases or cash bonuses. Last year those didn't come until December,
ZERO' increase in the last 6 years-- here is consulting ( OCS)..the c-apiest org. in oracle
Raises/increments are a rarity in Oracle (except for less experienced employees and for a promotion), so if you are getting one, consider yourself lucky.
PaaS CSM team in APAC have got increments in Oct 18 pay cycle.
September is when you see increases, but they might as well say tomorrow.
