Nobody at the helm at this ship. Shc is claiming paying severance pay to ex-associates unemployment agencies nationwide, when it was all killed last month! Severance being distributed at the time of the bankruptcy filing was stopped. Those folks are now on the list of people Sears owes.
Severance given after the bankruptcy filing is legit and will be paid - until money runs out if that happens.
Did you not receive a letter from SHC on October 26th that stated all severence and benefits were cut off on October 14th? Show this to unemployment, that is what I did and that was proof enough!
Maybe channel 2 will pick up on this.

To have to be under inquiry by the state unemployment board that you are not collecting severance. But SHC claimed to the state otherwise. Not acceptable.
It means they want to know where you were edumacated.
