Retaining employees through a sale makes no sense, especially if it comes as dead weight to a company who may buy Molina in which said company has to put forth a load of resources and funds to dig through who needs to stay and who needs to go. If it is a tax write off then thats a smart move by the company.
Two things come to mind.: retain employees through sale. OR bonuses for company tax write off . All here at end of year.........

More like 500 after tax. One of the conditions is to be an active employee on 12/14. What are the odds the IT Dept. gets the sack on 12/13? Haha. Don’t get excited about a Molina comeback, this is still a sinking ship. They’re just throwing a few sheckles to the peasants to keep them productive.
$1000 bonus for all employees, manager level and below.
If there is an email that can convince employees their future is bright at Molina, they must have resurrected Herman Melville or Mark Twain and hired him to spin a heck of a yarn.
