Yes...please give us more insight. This is important for us that did not get the said email.
Referring to Managers. They can give up on the manager job at any time and go back to seniority. The email is relating to Managers going back to (exercising) their seniority (if they have any). No abolishment is necessary to do this.
Really? They have to abolish jobs first in order for you to excercise your seniority ! The railroad just don’t send emails saying you got to weeks! I still am employed by the railroad god willing, I have had my job abolished before and I was able to excercise seniority rights
