Director had a skip level meeting yesterday and advised that almost 30% of the people in her org hit the button. She said all that did hit it will be released either December or March.

All I did was push the doorbell on the front door to access the building, but I’m now being told I “hit the button”.

She cant retain loyalty anyway. That's why we are leaving. These directors are id--ts who lost their vision. And for Cary? She never had it and she's been destroying the teams and products she owns. We are leaving for money, only because the culture and lack of leadership make this toxic.
Please, they have to have 5-10 more meetings to be told what they think. How long have you been here? This place is worse than the federal gov't.

Committed to what? "The vision"? Look, I work for money. Nothing else. I hope you all do, too. If they are rif'ing based on the loyalty test this button was NOT supposed to be, then you probably need to get out of wherever you're working NOW. That's some petty nonsense. All the talk of lawsuits on this board I generally regard as bogus, but clicking and changing your mind within the rules the company gave us should not be a punishment that gets you canned. You probably have a wrongful termination suit right there. Gather all your supporting documentation and hire a lawyer the second it happens if it does.
