Re: corporate investigative layoffs. Word on the street is this team size will be substantially reduced while quotas will heavily increase. This is because so many of the current reps are over performing against the Corp investigative sales goals, which is costing TR more money than they’d like. The new corp investigative team will he made up of a few “appointed” people under Joanna T
How about the Investigative Software division?
I don’t think this is accurate. They have notified people at major sites that they are closing them. They need to transition the work over the course of 2019. Once they know who will relocate and who can work from home, the people who don’t do either will be let go and paid severance once their work transfers. Work transfer happens in stages so riffs will be phased. I think that is what this means.
Or they could be looking at more sites to close as well.
doesnt sound like theres any transition plan for the work being done by people whove been cut this week. three waves would be time to wrap that up or hand it off somewhere and then lob off whoever doesnt have anything to do.

Why three waves? Is it because of the length of time it takes to combine TRTA and Legal operations?
