Corporate America has an odd way of rewarding failure!
Uhh, regarding the tangible and intangible assets. The fair value is around $9b, not more. And the Intangibles are $4.8b and $4.6 of that balance is being written off. Don’t kid yourself, the tangible portion has to be evaluated too, and is also subject to a complete or partial write off. This acquisition really summed, novwonder they fired so many senior officers involved in this disaster.
I'm not holding the bag you dummies that stay for the Hansjob holding
Actually with that $9B investment, it was more like an act of charity. Giving $9B away and getting nothing in return.
It's a reverse tax for setting $9B on fire for buying Yahoo/AOL.
That is not what it is... They are writing off the goodwill being aol/yahoo is no more. those are intangible
the tangble assets have more value than 9billion
