Is the salary team leads actually a think or is it also fake news, and why make team leads re interview for their positions. I been a lead for 7 years.

Any team lead that takes a salary position to be teamlead would be crazy. Unless you are gonna be paid for all the extra hours you will be working and it would need to be alot. If they are making leads salary then expect mor3 hourlies to b3 cut
new people always want to take over spots they see as the better positions. What is wrong with a person making a career of a job they like and do well? O yeah that's right the ones who are jealous want them gone so they can have a job to stay in for twenty years........
Fake news the company is looking to reduce the number of salaried managers.
