Does anyone know if there will be a severance package with the January layoffs and if it’ll be comparable to this last one? asking for a friend?

No bonus.....waaaaaah! Your lucky your getting severance. Things could be worse and you could be a union employee that gets treated like they are nothing but a drain on the company and as if they add no value to the success of the company.
Your bonus is for 2018 work though. No reason you shouldn't get it
Why is bonus policy different? Is this just after Feb or Jan too? Most will have their bonus by Feb.
No bonus is offered to employees terminated prior to March 31, 2019.
