could care less if a member is happy. This company took any and all morale away from me long ago. 5here is nothing to be excited about. Ungrateful members and a greedy ungrateful company.

My positive attitude went out the window about a year ago. It's not coming back.
We have members bringing back c-ap they purchased a month ago to get the sales price. Ughhhh
What we have here is a failure to communicate people. A positive attitude towards your job equals member satisfaction. Time to step it up folks.
Event? It’s like a regular Saturday. Sams can’t even ship out the items people wanted

Reading through the reviews both have all 1 star reviews lately. If Costco is the bar, the bar is not very high.
Keep on having events Sam's Club. But you will NEVER compare to Costco!
Yes, I'm excited to attend to self-absorbed, entitled members who demand passivity, supplication and theatrical displays of gratitude. And I am grateful that they, in their generosity, allow me to serve and bring home a non-living wage.
