I am in south Ga and we gained hours. We have overlap all week and stores averaging 30,000 are running on 260 hours. You people are lying or not Doing any business. We have stores that can’t find enough staff to use all their hours! Where is this c-ap coming from?

Some stores lost 30 hours, we lost 8 hours...so...in CVS fuzzy math we actually gained 22!

Much appreciated!

Nothing changed here !Never better big bonus in all stores . We are allowed to go over hours often if needed. We have 2 stores that save 300 hours per week at district level ,DL spreads it around . We use it to help stores that get behind

To person saying store is only open 83 hours and you get 87 hours is either talking rx or must be totally dead fs. Min is usually 2 times operating hours.

Nothing bad happen? We are losing our overnight, so 3 people are forced to go to other stores or have to get a pharmacist license and get stuck back there. Some people are losing their jobs. It's sad.

I would think if a store is open 83 hours, and your budgeted hours is 87, I don't think you could get much much less minimum. How are you to build sales while one person work, except for an four hour overlap on one day?

Stupid question but how do you see your sales budget for next year?

People saying they lost hours. What is your sales rx budget for next year.most store will see a negative sales- script budget. Meaning less hours, if not a minimum hours store, build the business and get hours back

I went from 168 demand hours to 88. I am sure every store, district and region is different but I lost a lot of hours. I am only able to keep 2 of my 5 associates. I guess I'll be setting up a cot in the office. Lol!

Realignment Is happening. We lost two stores and gain a different set of two. Geographically it only made sense. Was told this week. FL

Management adjusted workloads to match revenue expectations. Happens all the time, and yes, the hours are cut across the board when you sum them up. Some hours go up, some go down. But the Chicken Littles here still look like imbeciles for screaming over a regular event.

Things aren’t getting better at all. Every store in our district got FS hours cut, some as much as 25 per week. My FS hours got cut 10, out RX gained hours.

How are you guys finding out rx hours?

I don’t think that’s completely true. My front store lost 4 hours and my Rx lost 20. So things aren’t necessarily going to be better across the board. It’s pretty much the same as last year. It’s retail. Things aren’t getting better at any point.
