The computer systems, web tracks, nothing works. It's hard to do your job with equipment that only works periodically. I went into BJs to try the free 90 day membership. Was in there less than 5 min had a card with my picture printed on it. Sam's Club has to many problems with outdated equipment. Need to get updated!

Sam’s Club is finished only a matter of time !
Never enough updated equipment available though or it gets hidden so one has to resort to the old.
But current systems not being able to handle the traffic is really embarrassing too
They won't update it because they're getting rid of everyone. Won't be a need for the equipment soon.
AMEN..so frustrating.
