What the hell does ELT stand for? Please tell me it stands for “Exploration Leadership Team”. I need a good laugh this afternoon.
Tell your friend- SWN has been saved! Mr. Way and his awe inspiring leadership team (they refer to themselves as the ELTs), have secured each and everyone of our futures. Rest assured, things are on solid footing, thanks to the innovative leadership techniques being employed here. The future looks bright, thanks to our leaders! Loyalty is rewarded here. Go enjoy your holidays knowing things are rock solid back at the office! We should all sleep great each and every night. Confidence in leadership is at an all time historical high.

Merry Christmas, Mole! Sounds like there are still a lot of loose ends to tie up prior to heading home for the Holidays, and hopefully I’m not permanently headed home for Christmas! Haven’t blown the budget on Christmas shopping this year, as I’m expecting to be let go sometime, but definitely by Jan 17th. Junior wants an Xbox, but Santa won’t be able to make it happen this year!
