MIT

Did anyone do MIT before? When signing to go back to position in club it offers more money, but I was told this was an error. And my pay went down. Why wouldn’t I make more as an hourly with MIT training verse hourly without extra training. Did anyone get to keep their pay?

I did MIT 2 years ago. You go back to your club in the same position you were in until you apply and get a coach position. At that time I got paid I think $21 an hour during MIT and when I went back to my position, I got to keep like 40 cents. Now they no longer get to keep any part of it. Our PTC did MIT last year and she said they no longer get a bump in pay.

MIT positions are the worse for job security in this company.

First if you are going into MIT after the sh--storms of the last few years, you are a fool.

Also to answer your question, you go back down from MIT rate to whatever you accept. MIT is higher than most positions so yes that is correct. And yet you still want promoted?!

I believe you are supposed to get a little more money, but I'm not clear on that. They're changing so much in the clubs right now that I can't keep anything straight anymore. Maybe try calling home office and see if they can help.

Are you saying you stepped back down to hourly? Usually when a manger steps down. They get put to a much higher hourly wage. Not too sure on MIt. That being said when a Teamlead Steps down they lose a flat 10%. It really s---s because most of the longer working associates will end up losing more money than they got as a raise. So it is possible they are changing that for managers too..
