$350M WFT paid to International Logging back in 2008 and now is sold for $50M (Good Managers)
All senior and doubling positions will be cut after a short transition period. R&D in the US will be shut down. All unprofitable business that was cannibalizing on other PLs will be shut down.
WFT SLS VPs and managers took great equipment and could not compete in the US due to too many hogs on the trough ie took a simple business and mismanaged.
How many managers and vp's are inuded in the sale? Or will they stay and be part of the transformation team?
Anyone know how much WFT paid to International Logging back In 2008 for SLS business? $50M seems to be no too much!
SLS folks will be OK as ExLog, good for them.
Santa came early for them.... for the rescue enjoy new beginnings.
$50m should go a long way to pay off the debts 🤪
WFT is basically liquidating outside of a formal bankruptcy
Feel like getting drunk and if lucky enough get laid tonight. Haha
Oh just zip it and let us enjoy the moment
Exlog so they will be fine!
Who bought SLS? Horrible market share, aging logging units, old tech, loggers are 2-a-penny. Why would the big boys want them?
And WFT employees have the perfect qualification to run dumb iron
lucky b--tards. at least those guys who run the company know how to make profitable business. and hopefully don't give a damn about big numbers on entertainment expense reports
