So just wondering if anyone knew or heard anything far as the PTC and Membership TL that were already eliminated; if their Clubs were on Target to get a bonus? I hate they don’t make you still get it after you put your time in just like the rest.
Keep your negative comments to yourself. We all know this is a speculation site however we all have that someone that’s UP in Mgmt and sometimes things are shared.
Not heard anything about MTL. Heard PTC position was being terminated
Our ptc does not get bonus. Rule is you have to work until January 31 her last day was December 7. Sad.
It wasn't certain clubs that were picked to let go of PTC. It was a couple of markets because they're testing it. It will go company wide soon. Probably February.
Yea I’m not 100% sure about MTL but that’s what I was told. Yes a lot is going to slip through the cracks but as they say “it’s business” so let them handle it. So excited for my new journey, nervous but Excited!! Good luck to everyone and Happy Holidays

They will still get the bonus. The meetings will happen in January.
We just lost our PTC, Asst Coaches are expected to do their own personnel work. In reality, they basically pawned a lot of it on a few long term associates. Plus, lots of stuff is falling through the cracks that PTCs stayed on top of.
I thought only certain markets that laid off the PTC. Didn't realize the were MTLs also.
