Does anyone know specifically which positions in Sears stores are going to get Eliminated? And when are these layoffs going to happen?

Instead of pontificating about who, what, or when, you would be best suited to be placing your energies in obtaining new employment, as it is almost 99.9999999% you will be out of a job within 6 months
