The goons have us focused on everything but the member. All we hear is RGM wants this, John wants that, if gisel saw this it would be a bad day. Things like that, our market visits consist of nothing but talk of potential visits and consequences of whatever non-important things they are focused on this week. It’s truly us versus them, the things they focus on are smoke screens to hide from our lack of price leadership, poor service levels throughout the building and complaints about national brands going away and being replaced by members mark.
Not complaining just looking for support from our Club Brothers and Sisters. BTW we are focused on our Members ! Not Goon Swuad imaginary inconsequential things no one cares about.
Fresh VPs were in Denver for one day event.
That is right. Do your job and stop complaining. Everything else will fall into place.

I know the Market Managers or the ones filling in for markets with no MM, were out in the planes yesterday. Hitting SC clubs hard, NC, GA, TN next.
The Goon Squad is a good thing. Otherwise eventually you turn into Kmarts and Sears.
Gisel was in Knoxville for one day event Saturday. I heard it was a bad walk due to cleanliness and raw pies. Word is the sales floor was alright but fresh was in bad shape. Unsure of any accountability but with the way the goons operate, I’m sure it’s happened or will be soon.
