Our optical department is already 3rd party.
Anyone in the markets where PTC was eliminated: how are the personnel functions going? I understand much of the work will be shifted to team leads and managers with Workday, but how are other processes such as Worker's Comp, training, record retention, etc. being handled?

PTC has already taking effect this past summer in TX area. I would believe PTC would all be eliminated by the 1st part of the summer.

Sam’s will outsource all specialty departments within the next few years including tma. Less liability and less benefits payed. That is the way Sam’s will survive.
Well optical is not going anywhere I just got a promotion so if this is true why would they promote me just to pay an extra severance. They are not dumb people in this site make up most of this stuff to get a reaction.
@WHyt1Eb-qdy if you haven't heard of the MTL position going away I am just wondering what planet you have been living on. I think I want ti visit.
Sales pro is a joke. Th ed position is nothing compared to what it used to be. We are leads of maybe 2 people.
