You people need to change

It is sickening to know a manager making 25 dollars an hour will work 20 extra unpaid hours a week to help the Rx get their job done and the pricks in Rx making 80 an hour do nothing extra without requiring to be paid! Then we promote these arrogant a--holes to leaders! You only care about what you can take from the company! There is a divide between RX and FS because the people who care and work for peanuts have figured you out! Must if you work 30 hours a week and triple managers pay! Now let’s hear from you Rx angels how this is not true! You people need to change

There are managers that make 80-90. They are usually recruited from other companies and work in high volume stores.

Go look an payscale and look what a cvs manager makes 50-90 plus bonus. I usualy make in the low 90s with bonus broke 100 three times in my 7yrs at the wonderful cvs. I'm in a hv 24hr.

Yes job is easy and I don't bust my a-- like the pharmacists. I also don't have 150k in student loans. Lmfao I'm FAR from broke. Haven't made under 80 since I was in college 16 years ago.

I have no stress and could land another decent paying job at the drop of a dime. Business degree and 15yrs of management experience. Worked as a sm for Target and other bb retailers but I chose cvs as it is a joke and I can enjoy doing as little as possible while taking half days and days off when I please.

Btw i let the cashiers and rx techs clean the toilets as I sit in the office and take 2hr lunch breaks.

Store runs like clock work and always one of the top performers in the region.

Lmfao! 25 an hour man you didn't negotiate well. 41/hr here. And i work 45hrs a week nothing more and usually less.

My extent to the rx is handing the drawers in the am and picking them up when I close. I have never rang a register back there never will. My RX knows to never call us for backup and they are to put away all their reshops away before closing.
