I just heard today from a very senior source that plans are in place to have country VPs overseeing these two low profit entities with a plan to close both in the new year, apparently both sites have been under serious scrutiny for the last 2 years and group presidents are getting tired of the poor performance and excuses, recent changes in sales structure is a last ditch attempt and will only be given 3-6 months to demonstrate serious improvements.

Things will never change to save Brent Ave facility until they get rid of the incompetents that are in management positions but have no management skills. 🤡🤡The whole management team should have been sacked and replaced with competent people with proven track records as part of the pay-offs in 2017, then the people still employed there might have stood some chance of retaining their jobs. It's all too late now!!!! 👎👎
