Can anyone please comment on what the approximate grade range salaries are for a grade 6,8,10,11,12 in RTP, North Carolina? It seems like everyone knows, but no one wants to disclose this info in person.

San Jose grade 10 mid range is 130K, grade 11 is 150K without bonus
I don't have ranges, but I can provide you the midpoints for the Engineering groups in RTP:
G4 64k
G6 76k
G8 92k
G10 106k
G11 122k
G12 144k
Ask your manager what yours is. It's all in a spreadsheet on the managers portal but you need exact job title, grade and location to get the specific range. You will need to be much more specific in your questions.
