I've been offered a LWD Radiation Protection Supervisor position with a rotation 100 / 25.

I guess you are desperate if you are even prepared to accept that rotation. But I used to do 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off there and it was tough - Chicken and rice every meal, c-ap accommodation, c-ap management - good luck buddy.
There are other things to consider to work 100/25! Do you get paid everyday if not on job, insurance coverage, disability insurance, day rate and bonuses, will you be used outside of an RPS, so much to list!
Avoid anyone that has a bone saw.
WHY WOULD anyone waste there lives working that much.
what day rate did they offer you?
Lamb and sheep usually on the menu with rice.
