You feel undervalued?? Poor thing. Get over yourself , and stop complaining. Join the Club for real we all feel unloved? Do you need a box of crayons? Be grateful you have a job and that this month you can pay your bills. Many cannot. You’re at the top of the hourly pay scale. Just shut up and do your job.

I am so stressed! As a ptc And a 27 year associate and an Assistant at one point I am helping everywhere in the club and I feel like my management team is ungrateful and looking for things for me to do without a thank you to boot. I run a put out fires all over the club and it hey never say thank you or validate my worth. I soar like an Eagle with praise like most of us and I have never felt so unvalued! Ugh
