They are cutting staffing in store and keep adding the AP team. They have a level of RAPM's that do nothing but ride the District AP who actually visit us.
Now We know why. That AP VP Gumby(SP) was promoted to CFO. Now we get the rest of the story as to why they keep adding heads on AP while cutting store teams. Finance always finds money for their own. They should cut the RAPM jobs and put those hours back in the stores. We need some AP but this layering is ridiculous. They used to have a RLPM who reported to a director who reported to the VP of LP. Now they have district auditors that are hounded by a lazy layer or RAPM's who are hounded by a director, who is hounded by another layer, who is hounded by another layer who then reports to Gumby.
Give us hours in the stores. Send a fleet of RAPM's in to face and do truck.
