Let Down

Middle and senior management let me and my coworkers down. Your mismanagement, selfishness and poor decision making has brought us to this point. You had a responsibility to all your employees to make decisions to keep the company and our jobs stable and you failed. Furthermore, you selfishly move manufacturing to China and displace jobs here in America. As you sit with your family this Christmas think about that! Some ‘poor’ managers will rationalize why they towed the line and play the part of the victim. Shame on you! As your kids open that xbox or play station remember I had to tell my kids that Santa must have run out of toys and will drop something off in a few months (while I pray I can find a job to keep my promise). And to the VPs and board members, have a merry f--- you and happy screw you!

Current management of WFT Labs/Stratum are a product of the success of the original OMNI Labs. They built nothing, just jumped on the train when times were good. Now they are in control and they are clueless on how to make it work. Now when times are tough they point fingers and take no blame for their incompetence. Nowhere to hide now.

Mark McCollum = Was never qualified for this level position. Ignorant? Wasted/Wasting millions with McKinsey consultants he has brought in

Karl Blanchard = Not sharp. Not a good leader. Not good business guy. Pushed out of HAL and then road along the way with Seventy Seven Energy. Very overrated.

Bosche = not dynamic CFO. Just not that strong.

Dean Bell = single worst manager in Weatherford history. Child. Truly the epitome of terrible in all ways.

Etinne Rouxe = ruined the MPD product line

Chris Marshall = worst manufacturing in oilfield! Slow. Poor quality. Expensive.

Mark Swift = yet another Halliburton reject that has accelerated WFT death.

Danielle Boyd Nicholas = invented and managed a huge money burn in MENA (WP Dubai). This Accountant has been OVER promoted for years and never should have been issued anything to manage worth more than a mobile phone or possibly a laptop computer

Why WFT stuck with so many losers while good people walked away...? Shame on the current regime. Horrible. Used to think Mgmt was greedy - but really they are just stupid. Just not sharp people.

THESE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE MANAGERS DRIVING THIS PLACE INTO THE GROUND. ALL ARE HERE AND KILLING THE REST OF US RIGHT NOW - TODAY!

Stop crying its not management fault. Its the market. Look at every oil company that has gone bankrupt in the past 3 years!! With all of our debt its a miracle managemet has MANAGE to keep us head over water for this long... Stop crying and get back to work.

The biggest problem in this company continues to be management both in the states and Canada. Funny thing is management are the ones to keep their jobs. Until this is corrected nothing is going to change as the culture in this company is so corrupt and continues to drag this company into the ground. Anybody that is any good has already left and the ones that actually have added value have been let go because majority of managers that are left are threatened by these people so what better way to save their own neck get rid of the people that could take over their job and actually bring back some respect and morale to the slaves that are left making money so the managers can get their bonuses and the sales guys their commission. To all the actual workers that are still with this company when you find opportunity to get out do so because this company doesn't give a sh-- about you.

Lower level management stinks, as well. Degrees are great but if you don't have practical experience then what good are you? Labs in Houston has the worst managers! Yes, we've been sold but, it seems the c-appy management is coming with us. Stratum Reservoir is just a pig with lipstick.

This is why I quit to make 42.5% more. WFT was a sh-- company when I started out of college in 2012. It got to the point where I didn’t even care anymore. I did the bare minimum my last year because I wanted to not have to be there any longer, whether it was on my own or I was let go. Just apply to jobs while you’re at work. That’s what I did. I got 3 interviews and one of them worked out.

Shareholders > Board > Execs > Big Customers > Managers > Little Customers > Workers

Only Communist countries work like that, and then only for about 5 years before sh-- falls apart and people start starving to death so they have to force people to work at gunpoint.

no, all management is first and foremost focused on their own pockets , and how much money they make relative to their peers. , it really is pretty much a good ‘ol boy competition between industry elites, but the got’cha is how to keep enough people happy as to keep the dissent in check - ya know for instance look at the yellow jackets and france - but at the end if the day people who do they livin in glass houses should nt throw about kidney stones, or something like that
