Not great for me and most all of my employees. Managers not showing a check. Just started barely showing one my self. I compaired it to last year when I hit a 1.6 and with my boxes this year there's only a small difference and I'm barely at a .0 almost a $2500 difference from what I made previous. Previous months I was fine with the change and made about close to the same but thise December is completely trash compaired to last year and I'm top in my store and even more in the district. Your thoughts and standings?

This is what the company wants, keep the goals unattainable we all make $800 or $900 in commission and pretty soon that $1350 looks good. He days of the 3 and $4000 commission checks are gone. This company doesn't give 2 c-aps about it's employees, and that will be one of it's greatest downfalls. Your customers are only as happy as your employees, that is a fact, people are dropping like flies in my district, but the company doesn't care. They want us to leave on our own accord, then there is no mass layoff, no news story, stores can slowly be closed through attrition, we in the stores can see the writing on the wall, pushing people on line, in store pickups, better discounts online than in store, no more data transfer or trouble shooting in store, just send them to assurion. Be prepared people, this company is going to let anhell of alot more people ho.
Most rep's missed the sales bucket by approximately $2,000 in our store, and didn't have enough renews to make close to a .9, ergo, no paycheck.
Promo was basic. Black Friday shot the load
C suite bonuses have to come from somewhere. F--- Verizon leadership. Ingues their 6-7 figure salaries wasn't enough so they had to take money out of our pockets. F---ing crooks.
I'm making billions. I just stick to the credo and sell right. You have to find the right solution for the customer. Ask questions..." do you have kids?" "how old are they?" "why am I asking creepy questions?" .. it's because you need a hum! BAM... see that ... sold! = Millions!
We have 430 fewer renewals in our store for December year over year, nobody is making money.
YOY gross has me down $7000. Discussions going on that they’re changing it again in my area, but who knows. The SMB team is rumored to also have a change go into effect next quarter.
