There are so many parasitic orgs in intel that live solely on the single HDK. Can you imagine the bloodbath if the design teams are truly set free?

Orrrr... Now that Moore's law is in its death throes, this is just the first step in Intel's long term strategy to finally go fabless, and cut out all that capex spend. It's genius.

This doesn't seem like a good long term strategy. If it's Intel vs. the world, in the long run, you'd have to place your bets on the world.

If you can’t get outsiders to bite on what was claimed to be the best, you wonder what the internal product teams would do if set free and could choose for themselves between T and the other T 😂
