If the new stock opens artificially low on Friday, and then magically the value increases over time, doesn’t that mean someone gets rich? Asking for a friend.
No more cash available to buy out DVMT holders. Therefore, they will get Dell class C shares instead. The market has apparently decided the class C shares aren’t worth very much.
