ANY sales against NO sales from a previous year is a 100% increase. Now kindly roll off your sister and finish your GED.
This is nothing new. This has been done for ages. The company compares the same day last year, not date. Christmas was on a Monday last year, that's why it was all screwy. Every retailer I worked at does this. Dates don't fall on the same day each year. Managers and executives should know better not to celebrate this as a win.
