A lot of the reasons to file Ch 7 are gone. Faster liquidation. Saving on legal fees. The real reason to not file Ch 7 now is to preserve the carry over tax losses. Eddie needs to stop yanking everyone's chain around with b---s--- bid offers, or the motion for Ch 7 will come the next day, and he'll lose big time.
