I work at the Macy's on 34th street and I'm not sure but are they getting rid of flex positions? They started giving me random shifts that don't fit on my schedule. Anyone familiar with the flagship or know if there are plans to layoff certain people after the holidays?

flex can be scheduled Key Days, it's right in your FWT agreement everyone had to sign last year. Be sure your availability is in the system. But also keep in mind that availability can be overridden in order to give flex a key day schedule
From what i see; yes; they are starting to schedule flex the minimum. I noticed this in December. still should be within your aval. Mgrs cant change the schedule in atore any more. make sure you have your aval set both in msp. in both aval and temp aval
Call your union and complain....they will get right on it.....🙄
