New scheduling coming

So they want 3 weeks notice before we can get a day off, but they can change our schedule day to day?? That is ridiculous. The majority of workers are part time because they refuse to hire full time. Those part timers are either going to college or working a couple other part time jobs to make ends meet. Time to make sure your availability is up to date!!
This will be so awesome I can not wait.....the hourly's don't want to work as it is. I hope that now the holidays are over bam your fired. Every f---ing day we had so many call ins not even laughable.
Flex scheduling is what it will be called. Basically your schedule can Change day to day based on the needs of your particular club.
