So what do they do with that money if we didn't have a holiday party?
The company gave each club a budget of $1200 for the holiday party. Try and feed or entertain100-180 people, not including spouses or kids.

We didn't have one. I was told it was up to our GM whether to have one or not.
We have luncheons every weekend from Thanksgiving to New Years. 4 of those are catered from very delicious restaurants in our area. So we dont not have a holiday party.

Let me guess another entitled person who thinks he deserves a party. Throw a party and call in the next day, how about you just bring your a-- to work.

We chose to be with our families on Jan 1st instead at a Holiday party! Nothing wrong with that
You will get a party when you deserve one. I would not give you whiners any party. Not even a pity party.
