I am not sure I heard on the previous calls of how they will deal with STI with the ppl held back for a future date. Does that mean they are guaranteed the 100% and the ones that didn't push get the X% the company announces?

I understood you will get 100 % for this year and in 2019 you will get 100% but pro rated to either 3 months if you have a March date or 6 months if you have a June date
To add: Your VSP buy out ammount will be less, as you will have already received your STI bonus. Additionally, you will receive a pro-rated STI bonus for 2019 added to your VSP package. It will look like your receiving a smaller amount, but overall, you are receiving more (until taxes)
Thats correct.Anyone who was accepted for VSP, regardless of date will get 100%. Others will get whatever % the company declares
