If you are one of the low volume store managers that had hours cut to 1xhours open plus maybe four extra hours showing in optimization, but were told you could use more hours (presumably cut from a higher volume stores budget, think about this. You won't make payroll because your payroll dollars budget will always be shot. It won't take long, maybe a period or a quarter before the heat is on to get your payroll in line. I suggest you do as I have, and make a dummy schedule out for the hours you will really have in the future, so you will know what to expect.

Of course they want us to control RX atop yet out hours are cut give me a break.
My understanding is any store over payroll will have strict accountability placed on manager. This includes accountability for the managers if Rx is over also! OT will blow payroll quickly so it will be controlled
