More layoffs today 12/31 in sales as they move more accounts to GIS

Rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. Same bureaucracy, same silo'd infrastructure, same obscene overhead costs, same billing problems. The deck chairs have been rearranged, but the behemoth is still taking on water.
realized this when receiving an end of the day 12/31/18 email , apparently announcing all new sales management leaders (no recognizable names in my 30+ years tenure) where do we go now ?
