In my humble opinion there is no positive outcome for the workers at Sears, no matter what scenario pans out. Sooner or later Sears will be gone and everybody will bee out of a job. But upside is that, what ever scenario becomes reality, layoffs aren’t going to happen over night. If Eddie succeeds with his plan, the agony continues, if ch7 becomes reality, than the liquidation will take at least a couple of months. That gives us enough time to update our resumes and start looking for other jobs. Maybe it’s even time to start pursuing other career paths,outside of retail. Good luck to you all.
