full timers at whitemarsh all to be fired on Friday and then have to reapply Friday afternoon for a different named position at less hours and less pay

This guy is a dumb--s. They just said the Store Manager was doing it to save Payroll. As if Store Managers can even do something like that. Don’t listen to disgruntled cart pushers telling you what’s happening with restructures. That’s rule number one.
How is that dumb when that’s exactly what they did to the department managers a couple of years ago?

Are you, perhaps, misinterpreting the re-do of store management away from Service/Support Managers to Department Supervisors?
Whitemarsh?? What state? I call BS. All fulltimers let go? How they gonna do that? I could see if staffing ratios are messed up but not all fulltimers!
